Be Blessed Part one aimed to give students an overall insight on what mental health is and why it is important. We spoke about thankfulness, what we are thankful for, and how those things make us feel. We went over the three parts of mental health well being (emotional, social, and psychological) and how one's feeling of thankfulness can effect those three things. No matter what you are going through, you are being blessed!
This week's class was to Blessing Remix by Chance the Rapper. Before doing the routine. Take 10 seconds to close your eyes and think of something you are thankful for. How does that make you feel. Use those feelings to motivate your movement and dance with intention!
