Come join the MoHo Fam in our FIRST EVER ADULTS ONLY CLASS We will be doing movement to a song from Jazmine Sullivans new album, "Hueax Tales" Heels are welcome but not required! Class will be filmed!

About the Event
The adults need love too! This month we are learning about self love! Come join MoHo Dance very own Nijah Banks and Jazz the Goddess for a well needed modern and meditation session! Can't dance, no problem we will have you leaving motivated, empowered, and sexy.Â
This workshop comes with a mental wellness activity around healthy relationships as well as a sample "Harmony" revitalizing spray or multipurpose oil!Â

This is for the MoHo Fam NOT IN NYC, or unable to come to the studio! Please note you will not be able to record the dance and get the video as you won't be physically at the studio, but we can still get you ALL OF THE ITEMS BELOW! We have put together a virtual classroom for you all! We will send/drop off a MoHo Dance follow along package to your home! Drink sample, mental wellness, oils sample included!
